Identification and contact data you submit via forms (name, email, company, phone, message), job applications and document-download requests.
2. Purpose
To respond to commercial and technical inquiries, manage applications, send requested documents and, if you accept analytics cookies, improve the site. We do not sell personal data.
3. Legal basis
We process data under Chile's Law No. 19.628 on Privacy Protection and, where applicable, your consent or pre-contractual steps at your request.
4. Processors
We may use form providers (e.g. Formspree) and hosting vendors, solely for the stated purposes.
5. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal duties.
6. Rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection at contacto@fhi.cl.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, internal access control).
